Farewell to the Rasmussens

Today, Trinity Lutheran Church bade fond journeys upon two of its most stalwart, caring, and dedicated members: Nyla and Larry Rasmussen, who are retiring to Santa Fe. I don't think we at Trinity will feel the full force of their absence for about the next week, but inevitably something will come up for which Larry and Nyla would have provided grace, insight, and hard work - the hallmarks of everything they've done to keep Trinity going in the face of great difficulty. They have been Trinity's guardian angels and extravagant spirits. We will miss them - indeed.
